Anna

 I believe in a calm, focused mind and a wildly joyous body. Using my background in psychology, massage and theatre, I strive to guide students through an embodied experience with fluid, thoughtful sequencing, clear cues, touch and mindfulness to arrive at a sense of presence, empowerment and ease which extends beyond the mat.

Yoga is my place to recharge. The joy of connecting to nourishing movement, the clarity of focus breath can bring, the sweetness of feeling both freedom and community all have a deep impact on mental, physical and emotional wellness. Always curious, I've turned to school, trainings and books to deepen my understanding of the experience and how to share it, because to me this is the key to happiness.

When not on my mat, you’ll find me reading, riding my bike, doing the twist to old school rock tunes, or making cake ….Mmm cake.
