



About Us
Anna Kroczak. I believe in a calm, focused mind and a wildly joyous body. Using my background in psychology, massage and theatre, I strive to guide students through an embodied experience with fluid, thoughtful sequencing, clear cues, touch and mindfulness to arrive at a sense of presence, empowerment and ease which extends beyond the mat.

Yoga is my place to recharge. The joy of connecting to nourishing movement, the clarity of focus breath can bring, the sweetness of feeling both freedom and community all have a deep impact on mental, physical and emotional wellness. Always curious, I've turned to school, trainings and books to deepen my understanding of the experience and how to share it, because to me this is the key to happiness.
When not on my mat, you’ll find me reading, riding my bike, doing the twist to old school rock tunes, or making cake ….Mmm cake.

Jimena Gajate. I believe that the connection between movement and breath is the greatest tool we have in our journey towards self awareness self understanding and ultimately, self love. I think it is through self love that we learn to live mindfully, be kind and inspire others.
My mat is the space where I make that connection.

It was while traveling around with my backpack that I was inspired to deepen my understanding of the philosophy of Yoga and my own practice. Since then, I have studied over 500hrs on teacher trainings, exploring different styles and experiencing sensations that go beyond the body. I continue to study, and for the past 4 years I have been guiding classes almost every day, creating experiences that invite the mind to be present and the body to move while breathing consciously, allowing the self to observe and feel.

Ritual is in the Details
The Bliss Ritual was born from a discussion of rites of passage and the role yoga plays in our lives. We thought of the things which sometimes get lost in the excitement of growth and transition, and wanted to create a space to connect to the heart and move towards the best self.
Jimena embraces the spiritual, energetic and exploratory nature of Yoga. Its ability to soothe, combined with the elements of Reiki, allows the practice to become a healer, bringing us into balance.
Anna believes in a calm, focused mind and a wildly joyous body. Combining her roots of psychology, massage and theatre the practice becomes the ultimate gateway for clearing the mind, fuelling the body and nourishing the self.
The experience of the Bliss Ritual comes from the balance of our approaches and our shared belief in operating from a place of love and togetherness.
